What is it?
Regular cycling can help you lose weight, reduce stress and improve your fitness. As a form of exercise, cycling has broad appeal. Toddlers, pensioners, the able-bodied or people with disabilities can all enjoy cycling if they have the right equipment. Cycling is one of the easiest ways to fit exercise into your daily routine because it’s also a form of transport. It saves you money, gets you fit and is good for the environment. It’s a low-impact type of exercise, so it’s easier on your joints than running or other high-impact aerobic activities. But it still helps you get into shape.
Who is it for?
Located in Witton Country Park, our cycle centre offers fun to all. With our wide variety of bikes, it doesn’t matter if you’ve cycled for years or you’re just starting to master the art of two wheels, there’ll be something for you. We look forward to welcoming you to Witton Cycle Centre!
We also have a number of low level led rides for beginners, confidence building rides as well as Learn to Rides sessions for those who have never learnt to ride a bike.
