“I joined the Regency Gyms in May 2014.  I joined to improve my fitness and keep in shape.  I attend the gym four times per week, attending many classes such as; Meta Fit, HIIT and Circuit Training.  I also have Personal Training sessions as well as using the treadmills and the weights area.  I particularly enjoy the Personal Training sessions with Tony who always make me put in the effort and give 110%.  I feel my body shape has improved since joining the Regency Gyms and I always look forward to each class or gym session I attend.”

“I have always been into gym but joined Regency about three years ago.  I now train at Witton Park Arena.  I mainly do PT’s with Tony and Boxmaster but I also do the occasional class and some gym work.  I incorporate this training into my running.  Not only has my health improved but I feel stronger and more confident.  I have worked with many trainers, all of whom work extremely hard but ultimately Tony is the one who has kept me motivated and committed to my training.  He is definitely an awesome instructor and his efforts with my training have proved a success.  Overall it’s a great place to train and I love it!!”

“I joined the gym early in 2015 and my main goals were to lose a little bit of weight and get stronger by building a little muscle.  After trying different things and liaising with staff at the gym I decided to try some of the classes….I have not looked back since!!  I regularly attend the Body Pump classes, which are awesome and I mix it up with one spinning class per week.  I also try to do a bit of swimming and finally using the time I have left to relax and unwind in the sauna and steam room.  The staff are great and the instructors are decent.  The location of the premises is good and ideal for me as it is central.”

“I joined Blackburn Sports and Leisure Centre before the summer a I wanted to get back in shape.  I had trained at gyms for years and done other stuff but I had fell out of love with it briefly.  I started to go to classes such as Spinning, Body Pump and Insanity and mixed it up with gym sessions.  I started attending nearly 5 times a week and began to feel pretty good about myself after a month.  I now have a routine of booking classes and PT sessions around my working hours.  I feel great and I am in miles better shape than this time last year.  The staff at Blackburn are great and I always have a chat with the instructors.  They push me to limits I didn’t think I had but I now know otherwise.  For the price I pay and the amount I use it, it’s great and long may it continue!”

“I have been a member of Regency for 3 years now.  I found that I was going to the gym more and more and paying per visit was costing me a lot of money.  I joined on a full membership and can now go as many times as I like and I can join in any of the classes.  I use the gym and the pool because I am a strong believer in cross training.  As I do the odd triathlon it’s good that I can fit in all three disciplines in one visit.  This is especially good in winter when the weather is bad.  I mainly use Darwen Leisure Centre and I am happy with the facilities.  The staff are brilliant, always friendly and ready to help.”
